01 NCAC 01B .0508. TEMPORARY RULES

Whenever reasons of imminent peril to the public health, safety or welfare require the adoption of a temporary rule, the Secretary of the Department of Administration will issue such notice, written, telegraphic, telephonic or other and allow such comments, oral or written as time permits.
