01 NCAC 01B .0701. HEARING PROCEDURES

(a) The definitions contained in G.S. 150B‑2 and 26 NCAC 3 .0002 are adopted by reference pursuant to G.S. 150B‑14(c) and shall apply to the Department of Administration.

(b) Copies of 26 NCAC 3 may be inspected in the Secretary's Office, Department of Administration, 116 West Jones Street, Raleigh, North Carolina 27603‑8003. Copies may also be obtained from the Office of Administrative Hearings, Raleigh, N. C.
