01 NCAC 15 .0301. PETITION FOR RULEMAKING HEARINGS

Latest version.

Any person wishing to submit a petition requesting the adoption, amendment, or repeal of a rule by the Commission of Indian Affairs shall address a petition to: Commission of Indian Affairs, Raleigh, North Carolina 27611. The container of the petition should clearly bear the notation: RULEMAKING PETITION RE and then the subject area.
