01 NCAC 15 .0403. RECEIPT OF REQUEST: SPECIFIC TIME LIMITS

Upon receipt of notice of a person's desire to present his views orally, the Commission of Indian Affairs will acknowledge receipt of the request and inform the person of the imposition of any limitations deemed necessary to the end of a full and effective public hearing on the proposed rule.
