Form OC‑18, "Planning Procedures," is a publication which always accompanies Form OC‑22 and more explicitly details the steps which are to be followed by the designer during the course of design and construction of a capital improvement project. The designer shall be responsible for establishment of the dates on which work shall be commenced and completed, and the amount of liquidated damages to be assessed on each contract.
