04 NCAC 10A .0618. DISQUALIFICATION OF A COMMISSIONER OR DEPUTY COMMISSIONER

Commissioners or Deputy Commissioners may recuse themselves from the hearing of any case before the Commission. In the interests of justice, a majority of the Full Commission may remove a Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner from the hearing of a case.
