R1‑29 SERVICE OF PROCESS AND NOTICES

Service of any process, order, or notice required by statute shall be deemed to have been made personally on the party to be served when a true copy thereof under the seal of the Commission shall have been delivered to the party to be served by an authorized agent of the Commission, or by mailing the same to such party by registered or certified mail.
