04 NCAC 12D .0131. FINAL DECISIONS IN ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Secretary, North Carolina Department of Commerce, will issue the final decision for the Department in all contested cases. His decision is the prerequisite "final agency decision" for the right to judicial review.
