04 NCAC 12F .0108. FOLLOWING UP THE PROJECT

Events at the conclusion of the project will include:
(1) asking showcase participants to complete and to send a project evaluation questionnaire to the ED/AEC;
(2) requiring local coordinators to prepare and to send a brief, follow‑up evaluation report to the ED/AEC and to document the project events such as newspaper clippings, slides of showcase homes and sample brochures;
(3) requiring the ED/AEC to conduct an evaluation conference and awards ceremony for the local coordinators;
(4) requiring the ED/AEC project manager to prepare a project evaluation report and to send a follow‑up project summary to all showcase participants; and
(5) asking homeowners to send utility information to the ED/AEC for one year. Additional funds may be available to homeowners who agree to have thermal monitoring equipment installed in their home for one year.
