04 NCAC 19S .0103. WAIVER

The Secretary may waive any requirements of this Subchapter not required by the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990 whenever it is determined that undue hardship to recipients or beneficiaries will result from applying the requirement. Each waiver must be in writing and must be supported by documentation of the pertinent facts.
