04 NCAC 19S .1109. ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS AND SANCTIONS

(a) The Department may impose sanctions specified in 24 CFR Part 92.552(a)(1) and (2)(i) on a recipient that fails to comply with any provision of this Subchapter.

(b) A recipient or the Department may commence contested case hearing procedures pursuant to G.S. 150B and 26 NCAC 3 ‑ Office of Administrative Hearings, Hearings Division.
