06 NCAC 03 .0104. RECORD OF DECISIONS

When the Council makes a final decision in a contested case, the rules of the executive department involved in the case shall apply to public inspection of the official record and all other materials kept in accordance with 150B‑42 or 150B‑37. A record of all contested case hearing decisions by the Council also will be kept in the journal of the Council of State.
