07 NCAC 07 .0202. POLITICAL ACTIVITY

Latest version.

The Historic Bath Commission shall not engage in propaganda or in any way attempt to influence legislation, and it shall not intervene in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office, nor publish or distribute any statement related thereto.
