07 NCAC 08 .0102. INITIATION OF RULEMAKING

The Historic Murfreesboro Commission delegates to its chairman the power to deny a petition for rulemaking or to initiate rulemaking proceedings. The chairman shall transmit a copy of any such petitions to each member of the commission for comment prior to taking any action.
