07 NCAC 09 .0102. INITIATION OF RULEMAKING

The Edenton Historical Commission delegates to the chairman the power to deny a petition for rulemaking or to initiate rulemaking proceedings. The chairman shall transmit a copy of any such petitions to each member of the commission for comment prior to taking any action.
