10A NCAC 06Q .0101. ADULT DAY CARE STANDARDS

Agencies providing Adult Day Care services with funds administered by the North Carolina Division of Aging shall comply with the North Carolina Division of Social Services Certification Standards for Adult Day Care as established by the North Carolina Social Services Commission in 10A NCAC 06R, which is adopted by reference pursuant to G.S. 150B‑21.6. The incorporation of these Rules by reference includes subsequent amendments and editions to 10A NCAC 06R. 10A NCAC 06R is available for review at the Division of Aging, 693 Palmer Drive, Raleigh, North Carolina 27626‑0531l. The Division of Aging will provide copies of these Rules upon request at no cost.
