10A NCAC 09 .2406. STAFF/CHILD RATIOS

The staff/child ratio and group size shall be determined based on the age of the youngest child in the group and shall be as follows:

Age of Child	No. of Children	No. of Staff	Max. Group Size	No. of Staff
3 Months to 2 Years	3	1	6	2
2 to 5 Years	4	1	8	2
5 Years and older	5	1	10	2
