10A NCAC 13F .1402. SPECIAL CARE UNIT DISCLOSURE

Latest version.

(a) Only those facilities with units that meet the requirements of this Section may advertise or represent themselves to the public as providing special care for persons with a mental health disability.

(b) The facility shall disclose information about the special care unit according to G.S. 131D-8 and which addresses policies and procedures listed in Rule .1405 of this Section.
