10A NCAC 13F .1410. RESIDENTS' RIGHTS

In addition to rights specified in G.S. 131D-21, residents in a special care unit for mental health disabilities shall have all the rights set forth in G.S. 122C Article 3, Part 1. Client's Rights and as specified in, Subchapters 27C, 27D, 27E, and 27F which, for purposes of this Section, are incorporated by reference including all subsequent amendments and additions. In case of conflict, G.S. 122C Article 3 Part 1 and implementing regulations shall prevail.
