10A NCAC 17B .0102. RECEIPT OF MONIES

Latest version.

The Division of Services for the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing may receive monies from any source, including federal funds, gifts, grants and bequests. Such funds are deposited in a separate interest‑bearing account and are administered by the Division under the direction of the Director of the Division of Services for the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing.
