10A NCAC 22F .0503. CHOICE OF PROCEDURES

Latest version.

(a) In cases involving recommended suspension or termination the procedures shall be conducted according to Rule .0601 of this Subchapter.

(b) In cases not involving suspension or termination the procedures shall be in accordance with Rules .0505 through .0510 of this Subchapter.
