10A NCAC 22F .0703. WARNING NOTIFICATION

The Division will ensure that all recipients receive a monthly fraud warning notification to be printed on the back of the Medical Assistance identification card. In addition, all recipients will receive fraud warnings to be printed on the application and reapplication forms signed by the recipients.
