10A NCAC 22F .0707. REPORTS AND REVIEWS

Latest version.

(a) Reports. The Division will ensure that:

(1) counties provide the Division a detailed report on each case initiated;

(2) counties report utilizing the DSS‑1657 A & B Report of Suspected Fraud/Overpayment.

(b) Reviews. The Division will perform semi‑annual reviews of all cases to ensure that all case files are current Quarterly reviews of accounts receivable will be made to ensure that all repayment information is correct.
