10A NCAC 22G .0201. REIMBURSEMENT PRINCIPLES

Effective for discharges occurring on or after January 1, 1995 acute care general hospital inpatient services shall be reimbursed using a Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG) system, except as noted in Rule .0203 of this Section.
