10A NCAC 22G .0510. CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Medicaid reimbursement for HIV case management providers shall be the same per unit rate (one unit = fifteen minutes) for all providers and shall be determined annually by the Division of Medical Assistance. This reimbursement limitation shall become effective in accordance with the provisions of G.S. 108A-55(c).
