10A NCAC 25M .0301. HOSPITAL OUTPATIENT

(a) Psychiatric Hospital. Prior approval shall be required for each psychiatric hospital outpatient visit after the first two evaluative visits.

(b) Physicals. Routine physical examinations shall not be covered as a hospital outpatient service.
