10A NCAC 26D .0510. QUALITY ASSURANCE ANNUAL REPORT  


Latest version.
  • (a)  The Department shall make available, to the DHHS review team, a written annual report summarizing the activities and recommendations of the quality assurance committee.

    (b)  This report shall include, at a minimum, the following functional areas:

    (1)           client care evaluation studies;

    (2)           client record reviews;

    (3)           utilization and peer reviews;

    (4)           clinical supervision;

    (5)           employee education and training activities; and

    (6)           the results of program evaluation.
