10A NCAC 39A .0106. ELIGIBLE MIGRANTS

All migrants are eligible for participation in the fee‑for‑service component of the Migrant Health Program. A farmworker's migrant status shall be determined by a Migrant Health Entry Point and documented on a Migrant Health Eligibility Application (form DHHS 3753) signed by the patient, a person responsible for the patient, or the provider. There are no financial eligibility requirements.
