10A NCAC 39A .0910. REIMBURSEMENT FUNDS: THIRD PARTY PAYORS

RWCP reimbursement funds shall be used to pay for services not reimbursed by a third party payor. A contracting care consortium must take reasonable measures to determine and subsequently collect the full legal liability of third party payors to pay for services reimbursed by the program before requesting payment from the RWCP.
