10A NCAC 39B .0105. AUTOPSY OF DONATED BODY

Latest version.

(a) An autopsy may be performed on a body donated to the Commission in accordance with G.S. 130A‑398.

(b) The Commission may decline to accept a donated body which has been autopsied.
