10A NCAC 40B .0208. NOTIFICATION

Latest version.

(a) The local board of education shall provide the Division with information about those schools or centers that have been selected to participate in the fluoride mouthrinse activities including, but not limited to:

(1) name of schools or centers,

(2) number of teachers and students for each school or center.

(b) The local board of education shall notify the principal or center director of the selected school or center that will participate in the fluoride mouthrinse activities.
