10A NCAC 43B .0201. GENERAL

(a) The Maternal and Child Health Program provides grant funds for special projects of local, regional, or statewide significance including service delivery, special studies, continuing education and consultation and technical assistance.

(b) The initiation and annual renewal of contracts for special projects is subject to the availability of funds.
