Rural Obstetrical Care Incentive Funds are administered by the Division of Public Health. The funds shall be used to reimburse physicians and nurse‑midwives for a portion of malpractice insurance premiums as an incentive to physicians and nurse‑midwives to practice obstetrics in underserved counties.
