10A NCAC 43B .0305. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS FOR LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS

A local health department that receives Rural Obstetrical Care Incentive Funds shall:

(1) maintain statistical and fiscal information required by the Division of Public Health to document participation by eligible physicians or nurse‑midwives under the contract; and

(2) assure that physicians and nurse‑midwives participate in the coverage plan for the duration of the contract period.
