10A NCAC 43F .1101. GENERAL

The North Carolina Hemophilia Assistance Plan (NCHAP) shall be administered by Children's Special Health Services with funds appropriated by the North Carolina General Assembly to assist individuals with hemophilia or other congenital bleeding disorders.
