10A NCAC 43H .0205. SCOPE OF SERVICES

(a) Contract providers shall provide comprehensive sickle cell services. Comprehensive sickle cell services include education, counseling, counseling follow‑up, medical reimbursement assistance, and case management services.

(b) Within the service limitations of this Section and commensurate with funds available to pay for those services as specified in the approved contract budget, the number and type of services offered will be negotiated annually with each provider, approved by the program, and detailed in the addendum of the contract.
