10A NCAC 43H .0303. DEFINITIONS

The following definitions shall apply throughout this Section:

(1)           "Division" means the Division of Public Health.

(2)           "Branch" means the Specialized Services.

(3)           "GHC" means Genetic Health Care.

(4)           "Program" refers to the central office staff responsible for statewide management of the Genetic Health Care network.

(5)           "Provider" means a public or private nonprofit agency receiving Genetic Health Care Program funds.
