10A NCAC 45A .0101. GENERAL

(a)  The purpose of this Subchapter is to establish uniform policies and procedures for the administration of all Department of Health and Human Services' payment programs for which the Commission for Public Health has been granted rulemaking authority.

(b)  In the event of conflict between the rules in this Subchapter and the rules adopted by the various payment programs, the rules of this Subchapter will control.

(c)  Persons who wish to receive rule-making notices concerning the rules in this Subchapter should send a written request to Purchase of Care Services Unit, Division of Public Health, 1050 Umstead Drive (Spruill Annex), 1904 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1904.
