10A NCAC 63D .0203. MEDICAL CARE: PAYMENTS

Latest version.

(a) When not available from other sources, the cost of medical care special is budgeted to include physician prescribed drugs, sickroom supplies, appliances, aids, and equipment.

(b) In cases of special medical care, the check may be jointly written upon the recommendation of the Director of Services for the Blind to the recipient and provider.
