10A NCAC 63D .0404. PAYMENT TO RECIPIENT'S ESTATE

If the recipient is alive at any time on the first day of the month but dies before endorsing his check, the Clerk of Superior Court or the administrator of the estate may endorse the check and include the payment in the recipient' estate.
