10A NCAC 63D .0602. FRAUD

(a) When an agency suspects fraud, an investigation is done to determine whether further action needs to be taken.

(b) The Director of the Services for the Blind will make the final decision to refer the case to the appropriate legal authority for prosecution for fraud.
