10A NCAC 89B .0211. PROCEDURES GOVERNING HEARING

The appeals hearing shall be conducted according to the provisions of 34 C.F.R. 361.57(b)(1) through (b)(3) and (b)(12) and according to Rules .0212 through .0222 and Rule .0225 of this Section.
