11 NCAC 05A .0201. ADMINISTRATION OF STATE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT

The Fire and Rescue Services Division shall be prepared to administer the State Volunteer Fire Department in case of emergencies caused by fire, floods, war, tornadoes or otherwise in the manner and subject to the conditions provided in G.S. 58, Article 80. As used in this Article and elsewhere in the General Statutes, "State Fire Marshal" means the Commissioner of Insurance of the State of North Carolina.
