11 NCAC 05D .0102. DISPLAY OPERATOR’S IDENTIFICATION BADGES

OSFM shall issue an identification badge to a display operator and an assistant display operator, which will serve as the permit. The display operator or assistant display operator shall be in possession of, and display his or her identification badge on his or her person, at all times during the delivery, setup, and performance of the display.
