11 NCAC 14 .0602. REQUESTS FOR SURPLUS LINES ELIGIBILITY

Each insurance company desiring to be placed on the Department's list of eligible surplus lines insurers must submit a written request to the Department and must satisfy the requirements of G.S. 58‑21‑20(a). Each company should include with the request a listing of the lines of insurance to be available through the company that are not readily available through licensed insurance companies in North Carolina.
