12 NCAC 01 .0216. EDUCATIONAL LEAVE AND REIMBURSEMENT

Educational leave and reimbursement must be requested in advance. Due to the Department's workload and monetary constraints, priority will be given to employees whose educational requests are deemed to be most beneficial to the Department. Educational leave may be granted without reimbursement.
