13 NCAC 10 .0108. FILING

Latest version.

(a) A notice of contest under the provisions of Rule .0304 of this Chapter or under the provisions of Rule .0306 of this Chapter shall be filed with the director who issued the citation or amended citation at the address shown thereon.

(b) Unless otherwise required by these rules all other papers relating to the contest shall be filed with the board at Raleigh, North Carolina.

(c) Unless otherwise ordered, all filing may be accomplished by first class mail.

(d) Filing is deemed effected at the time of mailing.
