13 NCAC 10 .0201. PARTY STATUS

Affected employees or their representative may elect to participate as parties in any action concerning their employer provided that such election should be made within 30 days after notice is given to employees of the commencement of any action. Except for good cause shown, party status not elected in this manner will be deemed waived. Such election shall be made by statement addressed to the board.
