13 NCAC 10 .0203. REPRESENTATIVE OF PARTIES AND INTERVENORS

  • (a)  Any party or intervenor may appear in person or through a representative.

    (b)  A representative of a party or intervenor shall be deemed to control all matters respecting the interest of such party or intervenor in the proceeding.

    (c)  Nothing contained herein shall be construed to require any representative to be an attorney at law.

    (d)  Withdrawal of appearance of any representative may be affected by filing a written notice of withdrawal and by serving a copy thereof on all parties and intervenors.
