13 NCAC 10 .0401. WITHDRAWAL OF NOTICE OF CONTEST

At any stage of a proceeding, a party may enter a notice of withdrawal of contest when the citation contested has been fully complied with, and the proposed penalty is paid in full. Any additions to amendments or deletions from the contested citation, proposed by the director, must be stated in a notice of settlement. This is subject to the approval of the board under the provisions of Rule .0701 of this Chapter.
